How Long Before It’s “In The Mail” ?

We’re not an ecommerce giant and we don’t have warehouses in every major city with an army of staff. We’re working stiffs who travel a lot to run classes. That means it can take a while to get stuff out the door. How urgently do you really need a hat or shirt? While we’d like to send everything out the next business day, but the reality is we have to run classes, people get sick, and so on. Almost everything leaves our hands within 5 business days of an order.

How Long Will It Take To Get To Me?

That depends on where you live and how clogged up the world of shipping is. If you live in Guam and it’s Christmas time it’s gonna be a long time. If you live in a major city and it’s not a holiday you might get it in three days. We can’t control how backed up the shipping companies are but you should assume it’ll take at least 5 business days after we ship it. That means you should expect it to arrive about two weeks after you order.

International Shipping (Including Canada)

Shipping to Canada or other countries is not directly available at this time. Why? Because sending a hat from Phoenix to Toronto can easily cost upwards of $70 USD with insurance and then when it arrives you’ll also likely get hit with a customs bill for around $40 two weeks after it arrives. And if it gets rejected by Customs because of a paperwork issue or something it comes back to us at our expense. We’re just not willing to deal with that.

There are however many forwarding services that you can use which give you a US address so you can order things from the US. We ship to them and then they ship to you.

Returns and Refunds

We don’t sell crap, and we don’t screw over our customers. We’re not building an ecommerce empire here; we’re just selling some merch to our Law Enforcement family. If there’s a problem we’ll try and make it right.

What if It doesn’t Fit?

A little pudgier than you thought? Maybe the merch is fine and you just need to do a little more PT?

Okay, joking aside if the item doesn’t fit we’ll provide a return shipping label and you can exchange it for the same item in a different size free of charge if the size you want is available. But only once. After the first replacement you’re going to have to cover the shipping. Seriously, shipping is super expensive for small businesses like us.

If a suitable alternative is not available then we will provide a return shipping label and refund the order when we get it back in like new condition.

What If It’s Defective?

It really shouldn’t be. It’s not like we’re a giant ecommerce website. We look at all of the items when we get them from our suppliers and again before sending them out. If it’s defective then we’ll send you a return shipping label and exchange the item if a replacement is available; if it’s not available then we’ll refund it, or let you choose something similar that we do have.

What If I think It’s Crap?

We all have our own expectations of what quality merchandise is and maybe you’re more “Kardashian” than the rest of us. If you think we sold you crap let us know and we’ll send you a return shipping label. When the item comes back in like new condition we’ll refund your purchase.
